Ruit Suit Offers Full Body Costumes in Saints Colors
I’m trying to get something like the green man costume from “It’s Always Sunny” but I want it in the color of the New Orleans Saints (black and gold). Where is a good place to get it?
The first round will start on Thursday, April 22 at 6:30 PM CT with the second and third rounds on Friday, April 23 at 5:00 PM CT followed by rounds 4-7 on Saturday, April 24 at 9:00 AM CT.

Tribute to the New Orleans Saints 2009
The New Orleans Saintsation Cheerleaders have announced that preliminary auditions for the 2010 team will be held on Saturday, April 10th, 2010 at the Saints Indoor Practice Facility in Metairie, Louisiana.
According to Saintsations Team Manager, Lesslee Fitzmorris, “We are looking for dedicated young women who are physically fit, talented in dance/cheer, and are able to present themselves in a professional manner. Because the Saintsations are influential role models to the youth in our communities, we will select women that are committed to leading a healthy, productive lifestyle.”
Download the 2010 Audition Packet for audition information and forms.
The Saintsations are one of the NFL’s premier dance teams. With an “All-American” image, the Saintsations have catapulted into becoming America’s favorite cheerleaders. In addition to performing at the Saints home games, the team makes hundred of charity appearances a year. The Saintsations have traveled to Iraq and Afghanistan to visit our troops, and to Mexico City and London to promote the NFL. They have appeared on the Bill O’Reilly show, Fox and Friends, the CBS Early Show, Dr. Phil show, and on national television commercials.
This highly recognized and respected group of women serve as goodwill ambassadors for the NFL and the Saints organization. Members perform at many exciting events and make numerous personal appearances including modeling and public speaking throughout the world. Additionally, the team supports community projects through the “Saintsations Inspiration Program.” The primary focus of the 2010 program is to promote positive initiatives geared toward women and children.
Candidates must be 18 years of age by April 10, 2010. There are three stages to the audition process. During the preliminary audition, the candidate will be taught a brief dance routine and a technical routine to perform for dance judges. Advancing candidates proceed to the professional interview audition followed by a comprehensive football test. The final round of auditions will be held on April 15th and the 2010 Saintsations will be announced on April 16th.
All audition questions should be sent to saintsations@gmail.com
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -Sean Payton has been showing off the Vince Lombardi Trophy at the NFL meetings this week, even taking it over to the PGA Tour stop at Bay Hill.
The responses have been mixed.
“It was like the Holy Grail,” the New Orleans Saints coach said Wednesday of his visit to the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
As for the NFL owners, coaches and players who have watched Payton and the Saints hoist it everywhere from Bourbon Street to Disneyworld?
“I think they’re jealous,” Payton said. “If you’ve never been to New Orleans, that Super Bowl party began 27 years ago. And it will never end.”
One thing Payton knows is that his team has to avoid a Super Bowl hangover.
Ever since beating Indianapolis in Miami, the Saints – an NFL also-ran for much of their 43 years- have savored the win. Remember, this is the franchise that, after Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Big Easy in 2005, was forced to play all its games away from New Orleans.
The city has had perhaps more parades and parties than any recent Super Bowl winner, turning Mardi Gras into a Saints celebration. Payton admits all the extra appearances have left him with less time to prepare for next season.
“Seems like we just got back from the Super Bowl and I got a March Madness bracket to fill out,” he said. “I couldn’t even tell you who’s on the bracket.”
